We do buy used CD's, DVD's, Blu-ray's & LP's. All disc must be in original cases(or sleeves when referring to vinyl) and must have no scratches(vinyl may have minor marks we will not buy it if will affect playing). We start buying at around 11AM each day. Please give us a call before coming in because we do have a limit on what we can buy back. We do not buy any titles that we already have used. We cannot guarantee that we will buy your products. Vinyl we look at on most days 11AM - 5PM, please call ahead to make sure the buyer will be to look at your vinyl when you come in.
Prices on Dearbornmusic.net do not reflect the prices in our retail store location. Some prices may be "web exclusive" or "store exclusive". Please contact us with all pricing concerns.
"In Stock" on Dearbornmusic.net does not necessarily reflect 'in stock' at our retail location. Our website inventory is updated 2-5 times a week and some times items may be sold in our store before they can be removed from the website. Please contact us with all availability questions.

If you are from any other part of the world we require a verified Paypal account to pay for orders. We will send an invoice from paypal.
We accept all major credit cards and paypal. We do not store any credit card information on our website. If you run into any issues with payment please email us or give us a call.
There are many reasons we may cancel an order. Please check your email inbox for a full explaination.
All domestic orders are shipped with tracking numbers. We will always trust the tracking number when it comes to deliveries. We are not responsible for any lost packages for orders.
With our new website platform we are able to have digital products for sale. Digital products are nonreturnable so please be careful with purchasing. But as always we suggest buying cds over MP3s. MP3s are not even 1/10 of the of the quality of a cd.
We accept returns on all new items within 14 days of delivery. We do not refund the original shipping cost or give a return shipping cost for returns. Digital items and Used items cannot be returned. If you received defective merchandise please email us immediately for assistance.
